Day 01 – Airport | Kandy
We’ll be there at the airport to warmly welcome you and whisk you off on your way to the hill capital of Kandy in Sri Lanka’s world-famous Central Highlands.
The same evening you’ll visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of the most sacred sites in Buddhism, home to a tooth relic of the Buddha that was collected from his funeral pyre. The beautiful temple buildings and grounds are also full of historically significant architecture and artefacts.

Day 02 – Kandy | Habarana
After a hearty breakfast, you’ll head out on a tour of the City of Kandy which is full of historical significance. Then, you’ll be driven down to Habarana, a small town on major crossroads in north-central Sri Lanka that is an ideal base for visiting the major archaeological and historical sites of Sri Lanka’s advanced ancient civilization.
On the way, you’ll stop at one of Sri Lanka’s famous spice gardens in Matale. Sri Lanka has always been famous for its spices and this is an opportunity to see where it all starts.

Day 03 – Habarana | Sigiriya | Minneriya | Habarana
Be ready for an early start and a packed day full of history and a bit of wildlife. You’ll visit the world-famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress; 8th wonder of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’ll see the famous frescoes dating back over a thousand years, an ancient water garden and a pleasure palace built on top of a rock fortress for one of Sri Lanka’s most famous kings.
After the thrills of Sigiriya, prepare for the adventure of a drive through the Minneriya National Park, home to a healthy population of elephants and other wildlife.

Day 04 – Habarana | Hiriwadunna | Pasikudah
After breakfast, you’ll drive back to Kandy. On the way, you’ll be stopping at the Hiriwadunna Village for a taste of traditional Sri Lankan village life. Ride a bullock cart and trek through rural vegetable and paddy fields and even visit a farmer’s house.
Then, it’s all the way to Pasikudah on the east coast and time for your beach holiday to kick off.

Day 05 and 06 – Pasikudah
Well-known for its shallow waters and elongated coastline, Pasikudah is amazing for sunbathing and shallow swimming. Few are able to resist sinking their feet into the soft white sands of Pasikudah and taking a dip in the crystal-clear blue waters. This is the beach as it was meant to be! You’ll spend the whole day at leisure here, giving you plenty of time to soak up the sun and enjoy the seaside ambience of Pasikudah.

Day 07 and 08 – Pasikudah | Arugam Bay
After breakfast, you’ll head to Arugam Bay which is also on the east coast and a world-famous surf spot. Whether you’re a surfer or not, the quaint, rustic seaside vibe will be sure to leave you totally relaxed and ready for the adventures to come.

Day 09 – Arugam Bay | Gal Oya | Arugam Bay
Now that you’ve had time to relax and unwind, get ready for an afternoon and evening of adventure. You’re heading out to the Gal Oya National Park where you’ll be treated to an amazing boat safari, including a visit to Bird Island, an island swarming with birds. Then you’ll head out by jeep to catch a glimpse of some majestic elephants and possibly even the famous Sri Lankan Leopard.

Day 10 and 11 – Arugam Bay | Tangalle
Have a hearty breakfast because you’re now going travel from the laid-back beaches of the east to the more happening beaches of the south. Tangalle is a beachside town on the southern coast and is home to some of the most amazing beaches in Sri Lanka. You’ll spend your days at leisure soaking up the sun and cooling off in the water while being treated to some of Sri Lanka’s best fresh seafood.

Day 12 – Tangalle | Colombo
Get ready for the bustle of Colombo, Sri Lanka’s commercial capital. Prepare yourself for an exhilarating tour of the city by Tuk-Tuk. After which, you’ll have some time for shopping, with all the major brands available at very affordable prices. Colombo also offers numerous star class dining experiences.

Day 13 – Airport
You’ve had glimpses across millennia, encounters with the wild, basked on the shores of paradise and experienced the best that Sri Lanka has to offer. Now we’ll get you to the airport and bid you farewell as you carry back memories to treasure for life.
